At Sage, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best service for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Policy Details:
48-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a full charge for the missed service.
Repeat No-Shows: Clients with multiple last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.
